About your massage appointment and etiquette
Please be at your room on time to the for the scheduled appointment.
Usually the therapists will come to your room or house 10 minutes prior
to the appointments to prepare the massage table. Unless the therapists
come later than the scheduled time, the sessions will be finished at the
scheduled time.
Massages are usually done on massage table if there is an adequate
space. You can receive massage at lanai or even outside if you are staying
at a vacation rental. Yoga lesson can be done at a beach or park. So please
be free to ask us where you would like to have the treatments.
Having shower prior to the treatment will be very nice for both of
you and the therapists since sand, sunscreen, other products may prevent
the smoothness of the therapists' hands.
Please tell the therapist if you are pregnant or have any health-related
disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, history of stroke, clotting
disorders, varicose veins or specific allergies.
If you need to cancel the appointment, please contact us at 1 (808)385-0554
as soon as possible. Most of the times, I cannot have another appointment
right away if you cancel your appointment in the last minute. I would
like to help as many people as I can. So, please try not to cancel your
appointment in the last minutes unless it's an emergency. I appreciate
your courtesy in my healing work.
